Gema is a native of Costa Rica who calls NC home. She is a bilingual therapist and life coach who has been making a positive and transformative impact in clients' lives for two decades.
Gema holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master's degree in social work from Liberty University. She is currently a Clinical Social Worker Associate and a Certified Life Coach. She has lived experience and clinical expertise in the areas of trauma, embodiment and somatic experiences, military life, parenting, the intersection of spirituality and mental health, and religious trauma.
