Lisa is a psychodynamic therapist and Board Certified Sexologist. She has over 10 years of experience working with the Military community and also has a special interest in treating a variety of trauma issues, such as intimate partner violence, combat trauma, and childhood trauma experiences.

Samantha Holbrook, BS
Office Manager
Samantha is a native of Maryland. She earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at Salisbury University, MD in 2014. In 2018 she began her career in insurance with Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Florida as a health insurance specialist. Since then, she has expanded her knowledge to understanding the workings of all types of insurance, business management, and customer service.
Driven by her desire to help people, she takes pride in providing the best customer support possible. She goes the extra mile to help everyone. Samantha is a “go to” person and as our Office Manager it is her goal to make sure every client has the best experience from the very first time they contact Thrivemind.


Sara Raymond, RYT
Yoga Teacher
Sara studied yoga in Pittsburgh and became certified in Vinyasa Krama. She is trained in Trauma Informed yoga and is very passionate about being able to offer yoga to everyBODY. Another passion for Sara is to bring the community together through movement and mindfulness and by raising awareness about trauma and abuse during Sexual Assault Awareness Month each year. When not on the mat, she enjoys gardening, fostering cats and going to the beach.
